Inner Work for Outer Impact

Holistic, systemic and spiritual approaches for positive change

Sustainability Champions

Inner Work for Outer Impact

Inner Work for Outer Impact – A collaborative partnership

This is a collaboration between Kolimbri, The Change Makers’ Coach and The Sustainability Centre and Clare Southall of Entheos Consulting Ltd.

We’re delighted to also include facilitator Jon Freeman integrating systemic and spiritual approaches for positive change for Sustainability Champions. Running throughout the programme will be a focus on authentic conversations that lead to sustainable lives.

Current Situation & Context

There are many brilliant individuals working as champions for sustainability doing extraordinary work within organisations, creating positive change for people and the planet. However, we know from research (Burnout and career (un)sustainability: Looking into the Blackbox of burnout) that professionals in this field can often struggle with sustaining themselves and their efforts. It’s very common to feel isolated, under-appreciated, and disconnected, leading to burnout and poor mental health. Others feel unheard and unseen within their organisation. We aim to change this by helping Sustainability Champions to find new ways to sustain their work and lives whilst maintaining their personal professional ambitions as change-makers.

  • In thriving ecosystems the mycelium and root connections sustain diversity and vitality through the exchange of information, nutrients, and support.
  • We'll be mirroring this network for Sustainability Champions, creating a rich network for coming together, growing and supporting one another.
  • A six-month programme, with online and in-person events, designed to foster individual and collective thriving.
