- SERVICES:
Kolimbri.com offers coaching and other personal and organisational development services and products for sale on its website. All of our coaches are either certified and/or experienced professionals, and we stand behind the quality of our services and products.
- PAYMENT:
All payments for our coaching services and products must be made through our website. We use iDEAL and PayPal. Prices for our services and products are clearly listed on our website, and may be subject to change from time to time.
- COACHING SESSIONS:
If you book a coaching session, you will be contacted by one of our coaches to schedule your sessions. Coaching sessions are typically one to one and a half hours long, and take place over the phone or via video chat, and we might encourage you during that time to take some time out in nature. For coaching cancellation, we request a min 48 hours (working days) notice of cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours or miss an appointment, an administrative charge of minimum 50% applies. The coach reserves the right to waive this charge in extenuating circumstances. - PRODUCTS:
If you purchase a product from our website, we will ship it to you within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. and product selected
- REFUNDS:
We want you to be entirely satisfied with all of our coaching, services and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and let us know why (so we can learn from what has happened). We operate a no-quibble guarantee if you wish to request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, please note it may take up to 10 business days to process.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kolimbri.com or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display any of our content without our prior written consent.
