I am Horse
My tactile sensations are so sensitive, I feel the smallest insect land on a single hair. I express freedom and a zest for life. I can help you expand your horizons, expressing your wildness alongside tenderness.
Qualities
Horse is a powerful, strong and sensual creature – no wonder it features in Greek mythology, pulling the sun in a chariot across the sky. Horse can help us embody more of our wildness, power and vitality. At the same time, it is a deeply sensitive and intuitive being, with a skill in mirroring human emotions and showing what’s in or out of balance.
Practices
Horse can help you express more of your power and vital energy so that you have a more expansive playground in life. Notice where and how life is feeling limited: where do you feel anxious and fearful, digging your hooves into the ground? Allow your playful self to guide you to gallop where your energy intuitively takes you.
